Whole Lamb (60-90 lbs hanging weight), $125 deposit
Half Hog (90-130 lbs hanging weight), $125 deposit
Whole Hog ( 180 - 260 lbs hanging weight), $250 deposit
Quarter Beef (140 - 180 lbs hanging weight) $125 deposit
Half Beef (280 - 360 lbs hanging weight) $250 deposit
Whole Beef (560 - 720 lbs hanging weight) $500 deposit
Final Hanging Cost Estimation: The final hanging weight cost will depend on market cost to purchase and feed livestock. For budgeting purposes, estimate the hanging weight cost per pound as follows:
Beef = $6.00 / lb,
Hogs = $5.00 / lb
Lamb = $7.00 /lb
Cut and Wrap: You will coordinate your desired the cut and wrap details with Sharp Custom Cutting after the butcher.

Pork = $1.10 / lb (Standard, no sausage or cured cuts)
Lamb = $0.86 / lb (Standard, no sausage)
Total Cost per Pound is The Hanging Weight Cost Per Pound + Cut and Wrap Cost Per Pound
Beef Total Cost Per Pound = $7.00 / lb
Pork Total Cost Per Pound = $6.50 /lb
Lamb Total Cost Per Pound = $7.86 / lb
